Taken

Hi, people. Well, I'm not really in the mood to blog about anything at all, so if the tone of this post seems very, very monototnous, then deal with it. The title of this post says pretty much a lot. And yes, my ex-crush is effin TAKEN. Like, i thought that he was freaking single and shit and the n suddenly i lean that he is taken? WTH?

His best friend Rafa** came up to me, Mary** and  Marsha** as we were chilling in the Cafe after a long and tedious day of Semi Studying and then he started some small chat with Mary and yeah. So then Rafa mentioned that he was leaving to I-land and then Mary asked whether Hansen was going as well. Which would've been okay if the reply that Rafa gave wasnt accompanied with a long and suspicious look in my direction.  "No, he's actually waiting for his Gir...l...friend...." (Here he sweeps a really long look at me. ASSHOLE) and then turns his attention back to Mary.

Then later on Marsha sent me a sad faced expression and yeah, obvious much M???

so yeah, actually i would be lying to myself and everyone else if i said that i didnt give two horse's shit about it but the sad fact is that I DO CARE and that I was kinda "Ouch'd" by that fact... Is painful when you realise that the person you were hoping for things to kick off with are not really the people you should be with and not the right ones for you. My advice peeps: be careful who you end up crushing on cos the failure of that is a painful reality slapon your face.

Something Just Occured to Me

OH GOD! I feel so blinkin nauseaous right now, I cant believe it- Tomorrow is the only exam that i will never find easy at all i my life nor will i be confidently receiving an "A" for- ARABIC! Im so scared, my arms are heavy, knees weak, alms are sweaty, theres vomit on my sweater already.. Ok, ew, NOT true but still it DOES feel lke that to me.

So anyway, today, what did i do today? Hmmm...

Well I was thinking of changing the format of my blog so that it is concerned with what I do daily. Kinda like a diary because im not really bothered to actually keep a PHYSICAL diary due to the annoying fact that it is ALWAYS being read no matter what and where i hide it.  But that wont be taken into action right now, but later on, when i satrt the new semester and get the juicy details about everything. so yeah, right now im in  the computer Lab trying to get my bearings while typing this thing. Isnt it just amazing how one can get inspiration and then suddenly that inspiration dwindles away like it has never even been there before? That was what i experienced this whole week so far. I mean, right now i'm trying to juggle new book ideas and have already had a headstart on three books but im not really sure where to begin at all.

I mean should i just go ahead and like write it all down and then go on from there?

You see, thats the thing with the interention of the mind: you snap up whatever idea you have and then you wing it from there. I love modern minds.
Okay, todays, blog topic is "Something Just Occurred to Me" that boys are stupid. They have it all so easy on them, you know? I mean, they dont have to go around worrying about their weight because they do know that there is at least one beautiful girl in their lifetime that will ALWAYS love them no matter what! You never see that in a girl. It's either STAY THIN and Gorgeous or BE FAT and never get married. Bringing this up now was fueled by the matter of my little Cousin came up to me and asked me "Why dont you eat at night?" I stared at her for a really long time and i simply answered, "I want to be skinny". Then she looked at me and replied, "Me too. I want to be like you." So yea that was what prompted me to write about this.

But seriously the REAL reason why I named the topic as it is, is because i realised that my crush H** was just something i was infatuated with. its wasnt real or anything. It was just a silly schoolgirl crush that i had on Khaled and all the other guys in my high school knowing that i will never have them at all. The reason why i came to this conclusion is because after almost two weeks of NOT seeing him at all, i really didnt care less what he was doing, where he was or anything like that. And i even forgot how he looks like! (The fact that i dont perve on his Facebook page anymore makes it even more obvious that he was just a Spur of the Moment thing).

So yea, i hope you DO enjoy this post like you do all the other posts and yeah. take a lesson from this.

Ecstatic beyond words!

OMG!

It is now 05:19pm when this majestic incident happened.

Okay, it all started with me having the guts to actually send a FACEBOOK message to my crush and guess what?

HE FECKIN REPLIED!

I was soo happy, that i literally wanted to burst out of my skin and do the CanCan in the ITD department. I mean, can you imagine a joy more greater than getting a reply in the form of a smile from your crush! its awesome, right?

:)

It's been a while eh?

Heeyy, people! How are you guys? I’m awesome! Well, I know, know, I’m about to be reprimanded for not blogging for almost five months. Haha Fame xx should be spanked! Basically, in these six months I have gone through many ups and downs and they have all led me to a very big significance- I should reach for my inner Zen.
[Deep breath]
But then, worry not, my fellow blog hungry people- your thirst of the inner workings of UIA through the private eyes of me, shall soon be curbed. I guarantee that. Okay, well I am currently in my second semester and its better if I told you very briefly about my first semester after Ta’aruf week. So basically, after Ta’aruf week, we started classes the following Monday and since it was our first time in the “BIG APPLE” we didn’t really know where the hot spots are. So we were practically Becky Bloomwood trying to find her way among the many branded stores in Milan, Italy.
My classes were so hard to find and some of my lecturers were a pain. Especially my Revelations as a source of knowledge lecturer, who annoyingly gave me a B+, when I rightfully should’ve gotten an A-. He was one stingy cow! It was during that time that I knew the inner workings of UIA, like really deeply. I knew who was dating who, who was seen selling themselves to minors and cougars in KL, and who had a crush on who.
It wasn’t easy at first, but later on, those people were very easy to spot. And it was during my ventures that I spotted the finest thing in UIA that comes under the in cognito name of Hansen** and he was the finest thing that ever got viewed by my scrutinous eyes. I mean, sure he’s hairy and stuff (hey, it’s not his fault he’s hairy, it’s his genealogy’s fault- he’s Indian by the way), which is a huge surprise to me because due to my obvious scrutiny and extreme criticism, I am automatically repelled by hairy guys, no matter how cute he is. But apparently, he seems to be the only exception. I don’t quite know why…

And oh my god! The cliques in the “BIG APPLE” are more complex and racially supreme than the ones in “BEVERLY HILLS” and the fact that they are also more fashionable and awesome. That’s cool. So yea, you wanna know more about who to hang out with and who to stay away from? That will be revealed in the next blog titled Cliques: Reloaded which will be out sometime this week, so watch out for it!

Well, that was my first semester, basically, and my second semester seems to be going down the drain as well. I mean, nothing interesting has ever happened and I am constantly being perved on by Ew people and yea, I’m STILL waiting to be hit on by any random hottie, especially MR. Hansen**. The thing about finally getting to know a new place is that if you get used to it everything doesnt seem so unusual and it gets really boring. But with a little dramatic-ness and cool friends, we can get through this, you know.
So that's all that can be summarized for now. More on my slowly depleting life will be emphaszed on later on.

Ta'aruf an [Un]-Major succces!

Hello, readers, if none of you are familiar with UIA's recent Ta'aruf week then too bad- you wont know what im talking about then but just read on cos its juicy!

[Definition] Ta'aruf: in other words initiation

[Taken from Sean's Dictionary of Academics]

Well, sadly i didnt attend the first day of taaruf mainly because it was the administration's fault! I mean we like totally asked them on Registration day when Taaruf would be and the lady who apparently "runs the place" told me that she had no idea when it was (And believe me she said it with that blank expression that M****s seem to have when they have no idea what you're talking about- yea that one) ! when the actual truth is that hello it was the next day! I mean sheesh! Talk about pain in the ass! And whats worse is that they seem to imply that it my fault for not knowing or having some ESP that tells me that yesterday was the beginning of taaruf day! somebody shoot me!

And so my journey to the Garden of Knowledge and Virtue started from the Main building, through confusing directions (unhelpfully) provided by the unknown-and-never-to-be-mentioned-ever-in-this-blog-unless- necessary-students and evidently got lost in the end. so i saw this Arab lecturer looking man(who later turns out to be one of the VIP Senates! OMG! i actually met and talked to a VIP Senate! OMG I am so thrilled!- Psych!) walking towards me and i asked him where the CAAC or wtv building was and he directed me towards it and then after that i was on my own! And so with e few reassurances from various blurred looking and confused students who were new like me but unlike me at least they were informed about the Holy Day of Taaruf. I saw the entrance to the Hall and stood nervously outside catching some calming breaths and mustering what little confidence i had at that time and i entered...

...and was met with an army of purple and white students who filled the whole hall! I was gobsmacked! And i was very very embarrassed because one, i was late (yea the speaker was already directing the students on some unnecessary service that the students will-trust me- never use!) two, i was like the only one there who wasnt wearing the Holy Taaruf Attire (and wehose fault is that! Miss-im-in-charge-here-so-ignore-my-foot-stuck-up-my-ass-expression-okay!) and three, I just couldn't find any familiar faces that would at least comfort me! AHHHH!!

Well, i was like just standing there like some stranded donkey who didnt know where to go and if it hadnt been for the kind and courteous (a bit phreaky) comittee member who had an advertisemant stuck to the front of his shirt which advertised that his name was Abdallah and that he was doing Engineering [Note: In UIA they disguise these advertisement's true nature and purpose by calling them "Matric Cards"] He came up to me and unhelpfully pointed out that i wasn't wearing the Holy Taaruf uniform and that i didnt have the OTK (Official Taaruf "Kit") on my back and the super secret super heavy OTF (Official Taaruf File) which to them seemed like such a huge issue! And the one thing that we new students cant be seen without or else...

I patiently explained my messed up situation to him and he like cut me off in the middle of my dialogue and ushered me to the back seat where other rejects who apparently weren't informed about the previous day were sitting and (here's the huge surprise!) they were all international students too- I mean Neither of them were M****s! WOW!

So i sat down in my un-VIP seat and leaned back in my chair not even listening to the speech that was being given by the- er.... whoever he is and was looking around, just you know checking out the situation and stuff, yea. I looked in front of me and saw 2 very familiar faces and it turns out to be my juniors Mary** and Sandra** and their friends so phew! i at least had people i could like hang out with without feeling awkward. And they introduced me to their other friends Sally**, Reba** and Ally**. (well, more about them later) And they were like my hang out crew. The boring briefing dragged on till it came time for the course registration online thingy.

But before that they sorta announced that all those without uniforms and the OTK to please assemble at the back thank you. So us phreaks of UIA assembled around one committee member who looked like she really didnt care whether you have those things or not. She threateningly told us that we weren't allowed to wear short tops/jeans(she said this while giving me the once-over to prove her point) and other items that were not taaruf related. So we all complained that it wasn't our fault that we didnt get it but the admin's fault and they said that they will "try" to order extra ones for us and they practically forced me to buy a white skirt which i might never wear again! I mean gosh! i Shelled out 35 bucks for that! And a white scarf which i shelled out 10 bucks for- 45 in all!

The online reg went well but the crappiest part was that just when i was about to add the sixth subject the Online register thing automatically shut down and i was like WTF? I mean, god! You sdont just Automatically turn off the thing like duude! Like some of us were like not done with the damn thing!

Then later we had lunch where we were provided with free food. And yea that was funny because right before we took the food the comittee member who was serving the food stopped us and crazily told us that if the chicken tasted "weird" Then we shouldn't eat it. Which is stupid because by then it would be too late and we would all be dead of food poisoning. But we took it anyway mentally deciding that if we do collapse or end up having diarrhoea for the rest of our lives then UIA will pay the compensation.

Next was the Bai'ah ceremony where you literally and seriously stand upright with your back all straight and then raise your right hand (remember people- right hand) up when the Final Countdown begins to do so and then with your left hand you hold the stupid Oath sheet and swear youself to secrecy in front of the VIP Senate leaders who really dont give a shit wghether you do it or not. I mean its not like they will notice you or anything. And OMG! When the VIP entered they had this super EPIC song that resonated through the whole room while sucessfully deafening our ears.

No thanks for that! And while the, i dunno, Dean of Something Really Important came up and said his really boorriiinngg speech that helped me regain my sleep in my chair in the phreak section of the hall. And then after that was the Cultural night, which was really loud but very cultural with all the Malay guys dancing traditionally and it would've been even more enjoyable if my ex-roommate Miss d didn't bother me every second and asking me if i loved the show.

Oh, yea, i was stuck with Miss d the whole Cultural Night and she kept unnecesarrilyy bugging me for stupid reasons and making me more moody! Ugh! But all through Cultural Night i was doing what i do best- scavenging the Male section for any hot possibilities (for those of you who just dont get it- i was looking for hot guys!). Any boy my department HS had the most hottest of the bunch!

I love HS! <3

So all in all the day was boring but great cos i met some new friends namely Betty**, Henrietta**, Nate** and some others too and tho the UIA area can be a bit dreary its presentable and at least its something u can actually show off to your friends and outsiders, too, without feeling embarassed about it. :)

So hopefully u guys did enjoy my entry and please let it entertain you.

xoxo

Justin Bieber the new (Male Version of) Miley Cyrus?

Hey bloggers, Now i don't really know how many of you are Justin Bieber's fans but i am. I mean, hello! Finally some really new talent! I mean have you ever heard of a 15 year old boy actually singing? And becoming an instant hit among the ladies! Nobody had yet to accomplish this except for female singers like Miley Cyrus, Jojo, Selena Gomez and others too. That's what's unique about Justin Bieber. His songs are great and though he is still "a kid" and has a lot to learn (according to the critics) I think he is rocking the waves now! Go Justin. Well, in actual fact this talented kid started his singing career when he was 12! How remarkable is that? I mean, this kid is obviously a gifted and talented one and i am confident that he is going to outshine many many stars in the future. And he was discovered on YouTube by none other than Usher himself! Talk about luck by the millions!

Some of his songs that rock the daily music charts are "One Time", "One Less Lonely Girl" and many more and "One Time" has even gone Multi Platinum in Canada! How about that Miley!

You can check him out on YouTube, Or visit his official Twitter .

I hope that you guys have enjoyed this blog and all comments are allowed.

  15. If you're running from the maniac/spirit/demon/creature, expect to trip and/or fall down at least twice, more if you are female. Do not turn to look back, if you do, you stand a good chance of tripping immediately and being killed. If you turn and look back, and you don't see the maniac/spirit/demon/creature chasing you, stop and run immediately back the way you came because the maniac/spirit/demon/creature is now in front of you,
  16. If you're searching for something which caused a noise and find out that it's just the cat, leave the room immediately or else you will quickly die.

Are you a Twi-hard fan?

Hello, bloggers. Can you imagine the twilight craze this weekend? I mean switch on E! and you'll see Twilight news, Switch to HBO tomorrow (sunday) and you will see the Twilight movie playing! I mean, wow we've all been Twilified! The whole world's goin Twilight crazy! They are even coming up with support teams aka Team Edward or Team Jacob (which i'm in) or Team Emmet And to me i think that Twilight is a lame movie but then i have very high expectations for New Moon ONLY because my favorite actor (ever since seeing him in The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl and Cheaper by the Dozen), Taylor Lautner is finally in the spotlight instead of being in the shadows. And this time Robert Pattinson is overshadowed by Taylor's striking rise to fame- all thanks to Jacob Black.

My comments on the first movie would be that it wasnt as epic as the title and trailers suggest but there are some characters that are introduced into the hollywood spotlight and are rapidly rising to fame e.g. Cam Gigandet (the one who plays James, the bad guy), Kristen Stewart (Bella) and Kellan Lutz (who also made his fame debut in random episodes of 90210). Robert Pattinson already had his fifteen minutes of fame playing in Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire as Cedric Diggory.

Most of you are probably hearing "Twilight, Twilight, Twilight" without knowing what it is or what its about. Well, here's a really brief summary of what its about. The Twilight saga is the classic tale of girl meets boy; girl realizes tall, handsome brooding boy is actually a vampire and from then on we are shown how deep their love is and how Edward (brooding boy) protects Bella (girl) from the evil vampires James. The Twilight saga has attracted fans known as "twihards" by the thousands. The latest Twilight film New Moon, has way more drama, and more action than the first film, which will only please an even larger audience. After Edward, the not-so-handsome-as-Jacob vampire star of Twilight, leaves Bella, our lovestuck heroin, she is devastated-until of course we enter second Twilight leading man, Jacob, werewolf extraordinaire and new super hottie. Twilight: New Moon is all about this love triangle. Even after Edward has left her, Bella is still obsessed with her lost love, but still looks for comfort in Jacob.
Okay, another confession coming...the only reason that i watched Twilight was because i wanted to see Cam Gigandet.

Thats the deet on Twilight, and hopefully all of you who attended the Premiere must have enjoyed the film because now there are two eye candys- Edward and Jacob. So are you ready to be Twilified? Or are you just Twi-hard fans?

If you are then, put on your Vampire teeth or Werewolf skin and head on to the movies!

Ex-Crushes

Hello bloggers. today the topic is as you see it and it concerns old cushes. You know, the hot new guy from high school, or the hot senior who you think likes you or the cool eye-popping-hotshot-rich-hot-bodied school jock? Well crushes dont necessarily have to be on the hot and popular guys. They can even be on the quiet/nerdy/hardly noticeable-around-school person, or even on a teacher too!

We all have crushes, whether new or old it doesnt matter. I admittedly, also have several crushes, most of them in high school and actually im not going to censortheir names here and amazingly all of them didnt work out. Why? Because thats the magic of having a crush- it never works out (unless you're really lucky). Out of all my crushes the only one that nearly worked out was my crush on a guy in high school named Pontus Segernas (who was swedish and cute): The day before he left i actually made up my mind to tell him that i have a crush on him but then unlucky me, he left the next day and that was the first time i actually shed tears for a guy.

The second time i actually shed tears was for a guy named Khaled Sabry in high school. He was under the new student category and he was tall, handsome and cute! And at that time i thought he was single. So i told my close friend Callie about it and then she awkwardly told me that he was dating her. I was perplexed and at the same time CRUSHED. I muttered a confused "congratulations" and then mopily went home. As soon as i reached home i poured my eyes out to my mirror and i was sorta mad at callie for not telling me and for dating him behind my back. But then friends are more important than a guy rite? So then i resumed our friendship and yea that was it. no more khaled.

Then i came to university and i literally fell in love with this guy called Baltabaev Mirlan. Hwta did i see in him? he was suave 9though a bit blur sometimes), tall (not LeBron tall) and he was TDH (tall, dark, handsome). But then , well, it didnt work out between us and i guess it never would've worked out. And now i thank god for this Jewel (ALEXxoxo) that he has bestowed upon me and i will take care of it as hard as i can.

Now the inspiration for today's topic came when my ex-Crush decided to chat with me on facebook after sev eral years of not communicating. We really had a heart to heart talk but all the while that i was talking with him i felt like i was holding back- like something heavy was weighing down my chest and i knew what it was. And i needed to get it out.

And i did. i told Khaled that before i had a crush on him. His reaction was funny. At first he was shocked and then jittery and then all smiles and he replied "awww.... i am so sorry. that is really awesome of you to tell me". I lol'd and then he confessed his struggles and the pain he's going thru rite now and the rest. But then i told him that even if we did end up together before, it would never have worked out at all because right now he broke up with Callie.

In some ways when we do end up with a gud thing we are grateful for the failed crushes or accomplishments from before because if it never failed the good thing wouldn't have come right?

u know u love me... xoxo
